Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Perishable goods like coffee beans, espresso, and capsules cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tostaturacaffee.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. After confirmation, we'll provide instructions on how to return your item(s).

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll inspect them and notify you of the status.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
