You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Perishable goods like coffee beans, espresso, and capsules cannot be returned once opened.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tostaturacaffee.com with your order number and reason for return.
After confirmation, we'll provide instructions on how to return your item(s).
Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll inspect them and notify you of the status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
